Inbox of comments, messages of all social networks (facebook, linkedin, instagram, twitter, youtube, google business) in a single place where it is possible to respond to each one of them and have the general overview in real time.
This is currently in development and it will be a separate platform called Mitto (latin for “I send”).
We will see if there will be a way to integrate some functionalities of Mitto into Publer so that you don’t have to have 2 tabs opened.
Stay tuned :)
This would be amazing!
By when will this be ready? the social inbox, where u can reply to all comments in 1 place - this is a very needed feature on a paid plan, as it solves a big headache of not needing to login to multiple accounts
I would love to be in this Beta! I sent out 200 messages 1 by 1 the other day…
Are there any updates on how Kibo might get integrated with Publer? I still believe it would make a lot of sense to add these functions to Publer, rather than having a separate tool for the inbox functionality.
I am confused about one thing, is this to be a Publer thing or a Kibo thing? If its Kibo why is it here?
Hey guys, any updates on on this? We just want to know if we can respond to reviews and DM’s all under one scheduling system. Thanks
They were gong to launch soemthing called Kibo, but pulled the plug (for now) to focus on all the work at Publer. It sounds liek it’s not dead, but delayed. I fyou need the solution now you hsould look elsehwere for now.
I would much rather see this built into publer rather than a whole separate thing, so even if it means it takes a little longer, I’m actually okay with the delay on kibo.
I feel ya Stuart. Me too. I soooooo need this and there’s nothing that does a simple unified inbox out there. This will make Publer unstoppable. NOTE: I’d even be ok if they released it with just one or two modules and buitl em all over time as the kinks get worked out.
This is THE #1 REASON I’m still considering Agorapulse. And still using Tweetdeck. I’d be a never ending referral machine if we could manage all our comment responses in one dashboard. Ugh.
